    Buying experience. My buying experience was good as BMW dealers are smart, tricky, and cracks a good deal and are keen to sell you their products. No waiting, immediate delivery but make sure to take every thing in writting as they change last moment. Riding experience. Product is good for driver and co driver as someone on the wheel feels confident while driving this machine, but the moment theres pothole or a speed breaker vehicle hit from bottom, suspension not that great compare to AUDI. But when it comes to rear passenger it lacks space , on long journeys rear passenger compalints back ache and gone inside the seats. Getting in and out of it is bit difficult. Braking is not good on high speed. Looks are better but earlier 5 Series was having more mature, business and a wide look as compare to this gen, and boot space has virtually gone. Interior feels plush in new gen 5. Service n maintainence Service centers of BMW are not that great, you dont get a satisfaction that you have got a branded vehicle serviced, the staff are incompetent handling issues, they dont explain you job properly, they dont listen your problem properly. They jusy reply with CBS (condition based service), BMW service believe that BMW has built an ulmitate driving machine and there cant be any fault in it. I have come across many customer who have complained frequent faults like brake pads, rotor or may be disc and drum in their vehicle before time and in less driven vehicle also which cost them between 40-50k. Bmw sensors are prone to fail again n again in shorth span and trust me no help from dealer or parent company. BMW India never supports their customer but yes only supports delaer, they believe Indian customer dont know how to keep or drive a BMW. Servicing of maintaining a BMW will make you Saridon friendly. Most of BMW doesnt comes with genuine leather seats they sell sensatec which is a artifical leather or a Dakota which is a semi leather. In my opinion Skoda builts better cars then BMW. BMW dealer should be trained by toyota or honda how to handle service. After warranty period youll have to regularly visit workshop as some or other things keeps on going may be BMW have set it to run their dealer business. Resale not great. Avoid BMW.. Thanks
