I bought my Skoda Rapid ambition 3 years ago, everything is adorable about the car, space and look is good. Perhaps little work on mileage would have been an added feather on the hat.
The driving experience is also fine. I have been on self-drive long journey and must say the drive was fun and was as comfortable it could get. The leg room is good and also the boot space is large enough to accommodate stuff for long drives.
Coming to the point why i took to write this feedback.
I want the readers to know that the brand like Skoda doesn’t care for customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to servicing the car. I take my car to Mahavir skoda, Hyderabad (No option) and the service sucks the hell out. It can be as worse as it can get. I had my car serviced with Mahavir Skoda 4 times and each time they gave me harrowing experience. During my last paid service i.e. in the first week of February’16, they charged me close to 10K and did nothing. They billed me for wind shield shampoo & water change, break repair, oil change, water wash etc. In the evening I went to take the delivery only to realize nothing was done, absolutely nothing! Even the car wash was not done properly. The seats were soiled and grease stains all around. Post that I had to take the car thrice to the service station to get the basics fixed. I reached a point where I was contemplating to sell my car owing to such poor service. I was surrounded by a bunch of unprofessional who cared little for their consumers.
One of my colleague changed his mind to buy Skoda rapid, after what he saw happen to my car. If Skoda is reading this its high time they should make note of it.
