- gross negligence for swift facelifti am doctor by profession. purchased newly launched swift facelift ZDI. i went for a long drive with family and unfortunately tyre got punctured. when took out stepney tyre it was not alloy wheel. i still went ahead and put on the stepney wheel. but when i saw tyre number, it was different i.e. 165/80R14 where as the rest of tires were 185/65R15. on calling toll free number they told me stand where i am and offered to send crane for lifting the car. told me further to arrange for my conveyance till home. it was so rude n crude. nobody has any information regarding this. please go for better brand of cars. Maruti is fast loosing credibility. i regret why i bought two maruti cars just 2 months back.good stylestepney tyre is notan alloy wheel. even radius is 14R as compared to 15R for rest of the wheelsRating parameters(out of 5)4

3 - Swift to SwiftExterior I love the design of swift if it is aged. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The chrome grill is very attractive. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox First thing to mention am very old owner of swift and again I feel to buy the new maruti swift ZDi only I struggled to change my decisions to go for other cars but I am not able to do. After a long research of cars for 2 months I hardly liked 2 cars Toyota etios liva and Cheverolet sail but Toyota is very good in comfort and handleing but still am not satisfied with the interiors buy puting so much money I feel iike it not worthy to the cost. coming to sail I like the car very much and cons is am bothered about service. After completing 1lakh km in my swift i had never felt like old diesel engine I had used very roughly can say like a cab but once I get my car back from service I feel like new car. One thing from my first day of the car I have a Left front break problem it sounds and I feel like it's stuking I feel panic but I never went to sever issuses. Ride Quality & Handling I had drove my old swift at 150 speed with 5 people and AC on and I feel like this is the grip to show at this speed. Final Words I feel like i had taken a good decision after reading all the revies about other companies service and cars. Areas of improvement Breaking when I testride the new swift VDI I had faced the same sound like my car sounds and I asked the executieve also there is no reply. So thought of going to ZDI only reason is ABS. I had lot to say about other companies how they are attracting us with offers for non worthy cars first is volkswagen polo. but every one wants new I preffer Swift again.Excellent when compare with all other cars.In VDI they would have provide height adjustmentRating parameters(out of 5)5

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) All Features in the ZDI Variant are excellent. Space is appropriate & long rides are comfortable for 4 adults & one child. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent Engine Performance for the First 1000 kms. Fuel Economy of 20 kmpl for mixed Highway & City Driving. Gear Box is smooth as Butter. No hassles while down shifting or upshifting. Good Torque on Demend while Overtaking. Ride Quality & Handling Ride Quality is very Good both on Plain as well as Rough Roads. ABS works well when required. The Wider Tyres give stability on Roads during High Speed Driving. Final Words I am fully satisfied with my New Car.
