Skoda sales persons love lying...made me wait for 1 month more than the promised delivery date..After sales service is very bad...no one is ready to listen to you...leave your calls unattended....
Suspensions of new rapid are faulty...even maruti dzire has better suspensions...I have lost 3 tyres due to this faulty design of car coated me 20k...and skoda India has turned deaf ears to my problems
